Dr. Iroh Williams Okwara is a research management professional, applied economist, research data analyst, and artificial intelligence capacity-building facilitator at the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. With more than a decade of experience in research administration, grants management, research governance, data analytics, and institutional capacity development, his work focuses on strengthening the systems that support credible, ethical, and impactful research.
He holds a Ph.D. in Public Sector Economics, a Master's in Monetary Economics, and a Bachelor's in Educational Technology/Economics. His professional preparation includes Certificates of Competence in Research Management and Research Grants & Contracts Management from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, as well as specialized UNESCO training on Generative AI in Education and Research.
At the University of Port Harcourt, Dr. Iroh promotes research development, donor-funded programs, research collaboration, compliance, research ethics, data management, and institutional research governance. He has been involved in significant external programs such as World Bank Africa Centres of Excellence and works on several institutional committees related to research. Dr. Iroh's professional services include serving on editorial and policy boards of university-based journals and institutional programs.
Dr. Iroh is passionate about research capacity development and responsible application of AI technologies throughout the research process. At Williams AI Nexus, he provides practical training for academics, postgraduate researchers, administrative staff, and other professionals in using AI for literature review, research writing, data analysis, grant writing, academic productivity, and responsible AI.
His scholarly interests span inclusive growth, fiscal policy, entrepreneurship, community development, research governance, responsible AI, and research management. He has published peer-reviewed research and books, contributed to policy-oriented multidisciplinary projects, and worked as a consulting data analyst on a Ford Foundation-supported study of the economic costs of gender-based violence in Rivers State.
Dr. Iroh is an aspiring member of the Journivision Advisory Board. He specializes in scholarly communication, research integrity, research management, responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI), capacity building, and international research collaboration. He is specifically enthusiastic about encouraging ethical standards in publishing, researcher training, sound editorial and peer-review processes, innovations in scholarly communication, and increasing the global visibility of high-quality research coming out of Africa and other new research environments.

Prof. Dr. Richard Seow holds both a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). He is the Principal Consultant of SkyQ Consulting, where he advises organizations on business strategy, organizational transformation, and operational excellence across China and Malaysia. In addition to his consulting practice, Prof. Dr. Seow is an active independent researcher with an extensive publication record comprising journal articles, conference papers, book chapters, and editorial notes. His research interests encompass sustainability, ESG, AI, entrepreneurship, finance, direct selling, and supply chain management. His scholarly work has been published in leading international journals, including Business Strategy and the Environment, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, Journal of Economic Surveys, and Sustainable Development. His commitment to academic excellence is further reflected in his extensive peer-review contributions. He regularly review 300 manuscripts for over 85 international journals, the majority of which are indexed in Web of Science and Scopus, and currently serves on the editorial boards of several international journals. Prof. Dr. Seow is also widely recognized within the global academic community. He is regularly invited to deliver keynote speeches and invited talks at international conferences, where he shares practical insights and research on contemporary issues in business, sustainability, and management. Through his work, he seeks to bridge the gap between academic research and industry practice, contributing to the development of researchers, business leaders, and policymakers worldwide.
